No flour? No problem. There is no long ingredient list here. The use of cake mix in the recipe not only make these cookies easy to make, they taste great too!
Devilicious Peanut Butter Chip Cookies
Cookies
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus Devil’s Food Cake Mix
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 (10-ounce) pkg. peanut butter-flavored chipsGlaze
Reserved 1/2- cup peanut butter-flavored chips
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 tablespoon milkDirections
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine cake mix, oil, and eggs in large bowl; mix well. Reserve 1/2 cup peanut butter chips for glaze. Add remaining chips to dough; mix well. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.Bake at 350 degrees F. for 9 to 12 minutes or until set. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets . Cool completely
For Glaze: Combine all glaze ingredients in small saucepan. Heat over very low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Drizzle over cookies. Let stand until set. 3 dozen cookies.
Variation: Substitute White Chocolate Chips for Peanut Butter Chips, continue as directed in recipe.
Tip: Omit the glaze when you’re really pressed for time.
