Sliced beef, tomatoes, peppers, and feta tossed with greens and served up in prebaked pizza shells. I created this recipe for the Bernstein’s “Tour of Italy” Recipe contest, where it was selected as the First Place entry.

I created this dressing for my Gorgonzola Chicken and Caramelized Pear Salad. But dressings aren’t just for salads. Try this easy to prepare dressing as a dip for a vegetable platter, or chicken strips. It would also add some ‘zip’ to your chicken sandwich or hamburger.
