Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip Pie
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter, melted and cooled to room temp.
1 (6-ounce) package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shellDirections
Preheat oven to 325°F. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Stir in flour, sugar, and brown sugar; mix well. Blend in melted butter. Stir in chocolate chips, and nuts. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325°F. for 1 hour. Serve warm, with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
