Fudge Crunch Ice Cream Pie
Crust
1 cup crisp rice cereal
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 (16-ounce) can chocolate fudge frostingFilling
1 quart vanilla, or your favorite flavor ice cream, softenedDirections
Lightly coat 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, combine cereal, nuts and frosting until cereal is well coated. Press mixture in bottom and up sides of prepared pan. Freeze until slightly firm. Spread ice cream in crust. Cover; freeze until firm. 8 servings.Similar Recipes:
