Easy Homemade Apple Syrup
Quick and easy to make, lightly spiced apple syrup. Serve over pancakes, crepes, or waffles.
Apple Syrup
Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 (6-ounce) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup cold waterDirections
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and allspice in medium saucepan; mix well. Stir in apple juice concentrate and water. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve warm over your favorite pancakes or waffles. Makes 1-1/2 cups.Similar recipe: Razzle Dazzle Raspberry Syrup
