Top Off Your Pancakes with Apple Cinnamon Syrup
Drizzle this tasty simple to make syrup over pancakes, waffles, or crepes.
Apple Cinnamon Syrup
Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup apple cider
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter or margarineDirections
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon in a small saucepan; blend well. Stir in apple cider and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring occasionally.
