Herb Goat Cheese & Sun-Dried Tomato Crostini

Goat Cheese & Sun-Dried Tomato Crostini

Ingredients
1 small baguette, cut into 16 slices
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 (6-ounce) package goat cheese
2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes in herbs and oil, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
4 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce, to taste

Directions
Heat oven to 375°F. Arrange bread slices in single layer on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with olive oil. Bake at 375°F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown.

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; blend well. Remove bread slices from oven. Spread each slice with cheese mixture. Return to oven; bake 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
