These ribs are cooked slow to perfection in a Dijon mustard and Maple syrup glaze. Easy to prepare with just 4 ingredients.
Maple-Mustard Ribs
Ingredients
1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup Dijon mustard, or spicy brown mustard
2-1/2 to 3 pounds country-style pork ribs, trimmed of fat, cut into 3-inch piecesDirections
Place sliced onions in slow cooker or crock pot.Combine syrup and mustard in a small bowl; mix well. Spread mixture evenly over ribs. Place coated ribs in slow cooker on top of onion layer. Cover; cook on low setting for 8 hours or until ribs are tender. 4 servings.
