Sliced Ham with Spiced Apricot Glaze
Ingredients
1 pound fully-cooked center-cut ham, sliced 1/2-inch thick
1/4 cup apricot spreadable fruit or preserves
2 teaspoons spicy brown mustardDirections
Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add ham slice; cook 5 to 6 minutes, turning once halfway through cook time, until lightly browned on both sides. Reduce heat to low.Combine spreadable fruit and mustard in small bowl; mix well. Spread over ham in skillet. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until glaze is hot. 4 servings.
