Granola Apple Butter Bars

Well, since I listed a recipe for Microwave Apple Butter, I thought it was only fitting to list a recipe to use it in.

Granola Apple Butter Bars

2 cups flour
1 cup granola cereal
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup margarine or butter
1 cup raisins
2 cups apple butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 13×9-inch pan. In large bowl, combine flour, granola, brown sugar, and salt. Cut in margarine with pastry blender or for until mixture is crumbly. Press half (about 2 cups) of crumb mixture into prepared pan.

Combine raisins and apple butter in small bowl; spread evenly over crumb layer. Sprinkle remaing crumb mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool; cut into bars.
