Hot Fudge Ice Cream Sundae Bars

Incredibly easy rich and satisfying dessert made with creme-filled sandwich cookies, ice cream, nuts and hot fudge. Keep a pan in the freezer for when company comes by or when you need to satisfy a crowd of hungry teenagers.

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Sundae Bars

24 creme-filled sandwich cookies, finely crushed
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

1/2 gallon brick-style vanilla or favorite flavor ice cream, softened
1 cup peanuts

1 (16-ounce) jar Hot Fudge Topping

Combine crushed cookies and butter in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon mixture in bottom of 13×9-inch pad; press lightly. Cut ice cream into 1-inch thick slices; arrange over crushed cookies, spreading with spatula to cover completely. Sprinkle with nuts.

Microwave Hot Fudge topping for one minute or until pourable; pour over ice cream. Cover and freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature a few minutes before serving for easier cutting. Cut into bars.
