Gingered Fruit Dip
1 (3-1/2 ounce) pkg. Instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
1-1/2 cups milk
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup sour cream
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Combine pudding mix, milk, and orange juice in small bowl; beat 1 minute or until well combined. Stir in sour cream and ginger. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit.
Serving Suggestions: An assortment of fresh strawberries, sliced kiwi, sliced pears, and sliced nectarines, make a beautiful presentation and are well complimented by this dip.
