Quick & Easy Honey-Dijon Chicken

Serve this with my recipe for Honey Dijon Chicken, Pear and Spinach Salad, or with roasted vegetables and your favorite pasta for a complete meal in minutes.

Quick & Easy Honey-Dijon Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Dash salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Preheat broiler. Place chicken on lightly greased broiler pan; set aside

Combine mustard, honey, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl; mix well. Spread about 1 teaspoon mixture on top of each breast. Place in preheated broiler 4 to 6-inches from heat source. Broil about 5 minutes. Turn chicken over and spread each piece with about 1 teaspoon mustard mixture. Broil 5 to 6-minutes or until fork-tender and no longer pink inside (160°F. on meat thermometer). Serve with your favorite salad or pasta, if desired. 4 servings.
