Easy Oven Lasagna

No pre-cooking the noodles in this recipe, they cook right up in the oven! A real time saver.

Easy Oven Lasagna

1 pound ground beef
1 (32-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
1 (12-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
1 teaspoon salt
1 (12-ounce) package uncooked long, or cut lasagna noodles
1 cup Ricotta or small curd cottage cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Brown beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, water, spinach and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, breaking up spinach with fork if needed. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Spread 1/3 off meat sauce in bottom of a large casserole dish. Top with a layer of noodles, breaking to fit if necessary. Spoon 1/2 of Ricotta cheese evenly over noodles. sprinkle 1/2 half of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers ending with sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over top. Cover with tight fitting lid or foil. Bake at 375°F. for 60 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 6 to 8.
