Fresh sliced mushrooms lightly flavored with soy sauce and a hint of lemon. A healthy side dish for chicken, steak, or pork chops.
Fresh Mushroom Sauté
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 pound fresh sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
dash garlic powder
Melt butter in medium skillet. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Cook over medium heat 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately. 4 servings.
