Fresh vegetables give this dip a nice refreshing crunch.
Fresh Vegetable Dip
2 cups dairy sour cream
2 cups chopped cucumber
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup fine chopped green onions
1/3 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup chopped radishes
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Cover; refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Serve with assorted crackers, chips or vegetable dippers.
