Warm and wonderful – sweetened whipped cream, Irish whiskey, and hot brewed coffee.
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups hot strong coffee
1/4 to 1/2 cup Irish whiskey, to taste
4 to 8 teaspoons sugar, to taste
In medium bowl, beat whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form; refrigerate.
Place 1 to 2 tablespoons whiskey, and 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar in each of 4 coffee mugs; stir. Pour hot coffee into each mug. Top with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream. Serve immediately. 4 servings.
