Green Chile & Bacon Corn Bread
3 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
1 (8.5-ounce) package corn muffin mix
1/4 cup milk
1 (4-ounce) can diced greed chiles, well drained
Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 8×8-inch square pan. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spread in prepared pan. Bake at 400°F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. 9 servings.
