This light citrus flavored quick bread is made with lemon cake mix, orange juice and poppy seeds. Great for breakfast of brunch.
Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
1 package lemon cake mix
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons poppy seed
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour bottom only of 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Blend at low speed for 30 seconds. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350°F. for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan. Coll completely on wire rack. 1 loaf.
