Just 3 ingredients needed to make the glaze for these flavorful chicken drummettes; honey, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce.
Honey Mustard Party Wings
20 chicken drummettes
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Heat oven to 375°F. Arrange chicken in single layer in an ungreased 12×8-inch baking dish.
Combine honey, mustard, and soy sauce in a microwave safe bowl; mix well. Microwave on High for 30 seconds; stir until well blended. Drizzle honey mixture over chicken, turning chicken to coat. Bake at 375°F. for 50 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink, turning once halfway through bake time. Transfer chicken to serving platter and drizzle pan drippings over top of baked chicken. Garnish with fresh cilantro sprigs if desired. 20 drummettes.
TIP: For optimum flavor, allow chicken to marinate in the honey mixture, refrigerated, for up to 2 hours.
