Lemon Chive Butter

Enhance your meal with flavored butter. Spread on hot rolls, or put a pat on hot cooked vegetables or corn on the cob.

Lemon Chive Butter

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. 1/2 cup.
