Serve up smiles with this fun cake. Popcorn and chocolate chips coated in a peanut butter and marshmallow mixture, then shaped in a bundt pan. Just slice and serve up some fun.
Peanut Butter & Chocolate Popcorn Cake
Ingredients
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
14 cups popped plain popcorn
1 (6-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 (10.5-ounce) package miniature marshmallowsDirections
Coat 12-cup bundt pan with 2 tablespoons butter. Combine popcorn and chocolate chips in very large container or bowl. Set aside.Melt 1/2 cup butter in medium saucepan. Stir in peanut butter and marshmallows. Cook over low heat until marshmallows are melted, stirring constantly. Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn and chocolate chips; stir to coat. Press mixture firmly into prepared pan. Cool completely. Remove from pan. Cut into slices to serve. 16 servings.
Variation: Prepare mixture as directed; press into greased 13x9x2-inch pan. To serve, cut into squares.
