Stir-ins: Corn with Chives

A light cream sauce spiced with chives to dress up frozen corn.

Corn with Chives

1 (16-ounce) package frozen corn
2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons half-and-half
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper

Cook corn according to package directions; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook and additional 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 4 servings.
