Dijon Garlic Aioli

Aioli is so easy to prepare and have a wide range of uses. If you’re looking for some recipe ideas, try this Aioli with Grilled Chicken Focaccia or as a dip for potato wedges.

Dijon Garlic Aioli

1/2 cup – mayonnaise
1 teaspoon – Dijon mustard
1 clove – garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon – fresh lemon juice

Mix together all aioli ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
